hey bro, just recalled that there's this old trishaw uncle at marine parade. I don't know if he's a shark preying on tourists but he doesn't seem so and i mean being stationed behind the marine parade wet market doesn't seem like a place to prey unknowing ang mohs.
He wears a yellow contractor hardhat for a helmet and shuttle an old lady pass my office everyday, whom i presume might be his wife. and there's a sign hanging from his trishaw that reads marine parade promenade.
